The Carroll County Public Schools Resource Center recently sponsored its annual School Media Festival in photography and video production.
The three Best of Show winners in photography were: Seth Annis, Westminster High, first place; Andrew Colson, Mount Airy Elementary, second place; and Tiffany Tarbet, Elmer Wolfe Elementary, third place.
