Draft: Al Harrington, considered by many experts to be the best high school basketball player in the country, decided to bypass college and enter the upcoming NBA draft. Harrington, a forward, is the fourth high school player to declare for the draft this year, joining center Rashard Lewis, forward Korleone Young and guard Ellis Richardson. Mark Miller, who led Illinois-Chicago to its first NCAA tournament appearance ever, declared himself eligible Monday for next month's NBA draft. Miller was the Midwestern Collegiate Conference player of the year after averaging 19.7 points and 5.4 rebounds.
Wizards: Forward Chris Webber was barred by an administrative law judge from driving in Maryland for 120 days. The restriction, announced Monday, is punishment for refusing to submit a blood sample after a Prince George's County police officer concluded Webber was driving under the influence of marijuana in January.
