Theft: Someone entered a building at Citgo Petroleum in the 2200 block of Southport Ave. in Wagner's Point on Friday and stole several fire extinguishers valued at $4,000. The theft was reported Monday.
Burglary: A 19-inch television, refrigerator and household cleaning materials were stolen Sunday from an apartment in the 2600 block of Seamon Ave. The burglary was reported Monday.
Robbery: A man was in the 3900 block of W. Franklin St. about 10 a.m. Monday when a gunman robbed him of $500.
Theft: A .38-caliber revolver, automated teller machine card, field glasses, pager, gloves and a gold tooth cap, all valued at more than $1,500, were stolen Monday from a 1994 Suzuki parked in the 300 block of Athol Ave.
Burglary: Someone entered a Baltimore Department of Social Services office in the 300 block of N. Gay St. between Sunday night and Monday morning through the wall of an adjacent vacant building and stole a TV, videocassette recorder, telephone and a radio, all valued at $2,000.
Burglary/arrest: A man was arrested Monday and charged with breaking into a house in the 1900 block of E. Lafayette Ave. and stealing $8.50 in pennies. He was arrested by officers investigating the burglary after he answered the door and was unable to prove he lived there.
Theft/arrest: A 45-year-old man was arrested Monday when he tried to leave Stop, Shop and Save supermarket in the 900 block of N. Caroline St. without paying for meat products.
Burglary: A 27-inch TV, videocassette recorder, stereo equipment, cassette player and a Stetson-brand cowboy hat, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Monday from a home in the 5100 block of The Alameda.
Burglary: A videocassette recorder and computer equipment, all valued at nearly $2,900, were stolen Monday from a house in the 6100 block of Chinquapin Parkway.
Stolen car: A 1992 Dodge Spirit with tags ZPX 872 was stolen in the 400 block of Charter Oak Road on Monday.
Burglary: A TV, leather coat, radio, cassette tapes and several pieces of clothing, all valued at $1,000, were stolen Monday from a house in the 2400 block of Maryland Ave.
North Point Precinct
Robbery: A 17-year-old male was in the 3100 block of Wallford Drive about 11 p.m. Sunday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of a jacket and several pieces of jewelry, all valued at more than $400. The victim reported the robbery Monday.

Homicide suspects arrested: Two men charged in warrants with first-degree murder in the May 21, 1997, slaying of 18-year-old Eric Julius Jones have been arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and are being held without bail at the Central Booking and Intake Center. Jones, of the 3500 block of Elmora Ave., was shot in the 1600 block of Normal Ave. as a result of a dispute. Arrested yesterday at a construction site at Lyons Mill Road in Owings Mills in Baltimore County was Ronald Edward Paul, 30, of the 2600 block of Robb St., Baltimore City. Arrested Monday at his home in the first block of Moline Circle in Essex was Tyrone Creighton, 24. While searching Creighton's home, police found a large sum of money and suspected narcotics paraphernalia, and drug charges against him were pending.
