Theft: Several compact discs and cash, all valued at more than $1,200, were stolen from a 1998 Toyota Tacoma parked Sunday in the 1500 block of Ponca St.
Cutting: A man was in the 1700 block of Bloomingdale Road about 1: 30 a.m. Sunday when he was attacked by several men, one of whom cut him several times. The victim was in critical but stable condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center yesterday.
Robbery: A man was in the 180 block of Gertrude St. about 10 a.m. Sunday when a man he knows robbed him of $82 and nearly $180 in food stamps.
Burglary: Someone used a ladder to enter the second floor of a house in the 3000 block of Grantley Road on Sunday and steal a videocassette recorder and leather jacket, all valued at more than $700.
Stolen car: A gray four-door 1989 Chevrolet Corsica with tags FAP 354 was stolen Sunday in the 3800 block of Fords Lane.
Stolen car: A 1996 Mitsubishi Galant with tags DMX 800 was stolen Sunday in the 3000 block of Manhattan Ave.
Shooting: A 32-year-old man was walking in a parking lot in the 3400 block of Edmondson Ave. about 12: 30 p.m. Sunday when an unknown gunman shot him in a hip. He was in serious condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center yesterday.
Assault/arrest: Police arrested a woman and charged her with cutting another woman on the hands during an incident Sunday in the 800 block of N. Montford Ave. The victim refused medical treatment.
Robbery: A woman was in the 2200 block of Greenmount Ave. about noon Sunday when a gunman struck her with the weapon and robbed her of $10.
Stolen car: A 1992 Acura with tags 523 BDB was stolen Sunday in the 1000 block of E. 43rd St.
Burglary: A videocassette recorder, gold watch and jewelry, all valued at nearly $500, were stolen Sunday from a house in the 4400 block of Eastway by someone who entered through a window.
Burglary: A television, videocassette recorder, stereo equipment, jewelry, microwave oven and pillowcases to carry away the property were stolen Saturday from a house in the 700 block of Regester Ave.
Church burglary: While services were in progress Sunday morning at Towson United Methodist Church in the 500 block of Hampton Lane, someone entered the choir room by breaking a window and stole purses containing cash and property, all of unknown value.
North Point Precinct
Theft: Police were seeking a known suspect who entered an office at the Full House Saloon in the 2300 block of Sparrows Point Road over the weekend and removed nearly $1,800 from a safe.
Theft/assault/arrest: Two security officers at the J. C. Penney store at Eastpoint Mall said they arrested a woman for allegely stealing five sets of bedsheets Sunday, and said she assaulted the officers while attempting to flee. Charged with theft, resisting arrest and assault was Bettina W. Wilkins, 26, of no fixed address.
Burglary: Jewelry valued at more than $800 was stolen Friday from a house in the 1200 block of Willow Ave. The burglary was reported Sunday.
Burglary: Video games valued at more than $500 were stolen Saturday from a house in the 100 block of Patapsco Ave.
