SECO-LIFT, Southeast Community Organization-Learning Is For Tomorrow, an adult literacy program, 10 S. Wolfe St., Baltimore, for one-on-one phonics training primarily for people whose reading ability is below second-grade level. Training and materials are provided. Hours are flexible, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the center, with Friday night and Saturday and Sunday times possible at libraries. Information: Tina Oxendine, 410-327-1626.
