Weather

Weakening low pressure over the northeastern United States will combine with a strong high pressure over eastern Newfoundland to produce southeasterly winds of 20-25 knots between the systems during the day. The winds are expected to begin easing tonight as the fleet gets closer to the high pressure area. Diminishing winds are expected to continue tomorrow with southeasterly winds at 10-18 knots during the day and lighter tomorrow night.
