Running backs

Rookie Jay Graham was superb, showing explosiveness and quickness, but he still needs to lower his body and stop juking on short-yardage situations. -- B

Vinny Testaverde seems to be lacking a bit in confidence. His interceptions, however, were excusable because linebacker William Thomas made a great play on one and the other was tipped. Testaverde made some nice scrambles but still needs to tuck the ball when he runs. -- C-

After Michael Jackson caught his touchdown pass and dropped a possible long reception, he disappeared. Derrick Alexander was no factor and Ryan Yarborough gave the team no lift in the slot, subbing for injured Jermaine Lewis. -- D+

Offensive linemen

For the most part, they beat up on the Eagles' interior line as the Ravens averaged 4.6 yards per carry. But the Ravens consider the tight ends part of the line, and it was not a good blocking day for Eric Green or Brian Kinchen. -- B

Defensive linemen

Has anybody seen the Eagles' running game? The Ravens' front four of ends Rob Burnett and Michael McCrary and tackles James Jones and Tony Siragusa manhandled Philadelphia's makeshift offensive line. -- B+

Every game, they just get better and better because Jamie Sharper, Ray Lewis and Peter Boulware like to work. The Ravens, though, need to just let Boulware rush off the corner. -- B

Defensive backs

Cornerback Antonio Langham made several nice plays, including a critical breakup late in the game. Eugene Daniel also upgrades the Ravens' play at the other corner, but the safeties need to do a better job of covering tight ends. -- B-

Special teams

Greg Montgomery punted well but kicker Matt Stover was short on several kickoffs and the Ravens had no big plays against the Eagles' much-maligned units. -- C
