2 men in truck arrested on drug charges

County police arrested two Pasadena men on drug charges Tuesday after officers said they found them smoking marijuana in Rock Creek Park after hours.

Officer Gregory Huck and his partner, Officer Ross Passman, were on Bar Harbor Road near the park just after 10 p.m. when Huck saw two men in a 1989 Dodge pickup truck in the park.

The two officers said they smelled marijuana as they approached the truck. One of the men threw a marijuana cigarette out of the window when he saw the officers, police said.

Huck and Passman arrested the men, searched the vehicle and found what police said was marijuana in the glove compartment. The officers seized the truck.

Bradley H. Greenwalt, 19, of the 8400 block of Mirana Road and Stephen M. Snyder, 24, of the 8400 block of Bay Drive were charged with possession of marijuana.
