YOU CAN BE sure from the heat, haze and humidity that summer has arrived in Baltimore's environs, just in time for the Fourth of July.
One advantage to living in northern Anne Arundel County is being so close to the Inner Harbor.
What better way to celebrate the Fourth than viewing the best fireworks in the state? Some homeowners strategically located at higher altitudes can view the fireworks from their living rooms. Others unwilling to fight the crowds at the Inner Harbor can get a pretty good view of the fireworks from the parking lot at Harbor Hospital. Now that people have found out about this location, though, it has become almost as crowded as the Inner Harbor.
