Juniors Erika Schneider and Suzanne Eyler each scored twice, as No. 12 North Harford (7-0, 3-0) ran off six straight goals in the first 11 minutes, and raced past Fallston (6-3, 3-1), 13-4, in a game for first place in the Harford County League yesterday.
It marked the first time Hawks' seventh-year coach Barb Waite had beaten Fallston.
Schneider ended with six goals; Eyler, two goals, two assists, and Danielle Konschak and Brooke Thomas led a solid defense in front of goalkeeper Nicole Hanratty, who ended with 10 saves.
No. 4 St. Paul's 13, Garrison Forest 7: Mills Hook and Laura Peace scored four goals each to lead the Gators (8-3) past host Garrison Forest (2-5).
No. 8 Dulaney 21, Franklin 4: Nicole Wittelsberger scored seven goals as the host Lions (6-0) won a commanding 17-goal decision. Camille Fesche added five goals to the Lions' cause.
No. 13 Towson 10, Loch Raven 4: Eva Synkowski scored five goals to push the Generals past Loch Raven (2-4).
No. 4 Loyola 13, Mount St. Joseph 2: Josh Hahn and Chris Malone combined for five goals and Mike Morris had two goals and two assists for the host Dons (6-3).
Annapolis 13, No. 8 Severna Park 10: Pete Ludlum and Dexter Spriggs each had three goals as visiting Annapolis (8-1) beat Severna Park (7-1). Scott Sievert had five goals for the Falcons.
No. 11 Broadneck 11, South River 5: The Bruins (8-2), led by three goals each from Joey Case, Brian Lawton and Nate Williams, defeated host South River (6-3).
No. 12 C. M. Wright 14, Aberdeen 6: Todd Strausburg scored five goals to power the visiting Mustangs (6-3).
No. 13 Dulaney 14, Pikesville 0: Bill Kauffman scored five goals and Jeff Richardson added four more as the host Lions (7-1) shut out the Panthers. Dulaney's Gavin Stringer had four assists.
No. 14 Arundel 7, Southern 5: Ron Sroka, Joel Miller and Mike Lynch each scored two goals for the visiting Wildcats.
No. 15 Chesapeake-AA 8, North County 7: Erik Kittle and Rob Bookhamer (one assist) scored three goals each and Mike McIntyre scored two to pace the Cougars (8-3).
Chesapeake led 2-0 and 4-2 at the half with Kittle scoring the first three goals, but the Knights (5-6) outscored the Cougars 4-1 in the third period to take a 6-5 lead. Brian Ashburn, with two goals, and Chris Mangum, with two goals and two assists, led North County.
Cougars goalie Sean Oakley finished with 16 saves.
