Vietri to manage regional office for AT&T; Wireless
AT&T; Wireless Services announced that Dominick Vietri has been appointed vice president and general manager and will head its Baltimore/Washington area office. He will oversee network build-out, marketing and administrative operation of the newly opened Silver Spring-based office. He was formerly a vice president with Xerox Corp. before joining AT&T; Wireless, and his most recent assignment was as vice president of business-to-business sales in New York.
Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort, outside of Cumberland, has selected Gary W. Brown a certified hospitality sales executive, as its general manager. A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, he was most recently president of the Virginia-based consultant firm of G. W. Brown Hotel Sales & Marketing Services. is currently chairman of Associated Luxury Hotels, an association of four- and five-star hospitality companies, and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. Zodiac of North America appointed Richard R. Scriven director of its professional sales division. He will have responsibility for developing new business and products, as well as the supervision of the sales force for the Stevensville-based company, which sells life rafts and emergency inflatable watercraft. He previously served as a procurement officer in the Marine Corps.

Eisner & Associates picks two vice presidents
Eisner & Associates has chosen Cristie Dowda as vice president and director of creative services and Cory Farrugia as vice president for direct marketing for the large Baltimore-based ad agency.
Dowda will have responsibility for traffic management, print production and art studio departments. Most recently she was with the Martin Agency of Richmond and was also with Washington-based Adworks and W. B. Doner.
Farrugia, formerly with W. B. Doner and the Dallas-based Richard/Gravalle agency, is a graduate of Michigan State University.
Weinberg Harris names account executive
Weinberg Harris & Associates, the Baltimore-based marketing and public relations firm, has named Sari Alperstein to its staff as an account executive. She will facilitate marketing programs, coordinate special events and provide media relations for agency clients. A graduate of George Washington University, the Owings Mills resident is an active member of the Baltimore Public Relations Council.

Jensen, Hassani & Focas announced that Thomas J. Sessa joined the Towson law firm as an associate. Experienced in collection and personal injury law, he will now concentrate in estate planning and administration and business law. The University of Baltimore law graduate was formerly with Charles E. Chlan & Associates.
Sheppard Pratt appoints Slade as officer
Sheppard Pratt Health System announced the selection of Cleveland E. Slade as chief financial officer.
He was previously chief financial officer at the Psychiatric Institute of Washington. A graduate of Hampton University and a certified public accountant, he is active in several professional organizations, including the Hospital Financial Management Association, and is also a trustee of the Hospital for Sick Children.

Julian joins Colliers Pinkard locally
Colliers Pinkard announced that David W. Julian joined the Baltimore-headquartered commercial realty company and is assigned to the Baltimore office as an office leasing and sales specialist.
Formerly an account executive with W. B. Doner & Co., he was also the director of marketing for the Baltimore Stallions of the Canadian Football League.
MacKenzie/O'Conor picks Frank as assets director
MacKenzie/O'Conor, Piper & Flynn Commercial Real Estate Services named Joyce L. Frank as director of assets management. With the company since 1989, she was most recently a senior assets manager. She will supervise the daily operations and administrative functions of the firm's property management division and for the MacKenzie Services Corp.
