Robbery: A gunman got into a man's truck in the 400 block of E. Pratt St. yesterday, robbed him of $30 then ordered him to drive. At Central Avenue and Biddle Street, the gunman jumped out of the truck and escaped.
Theft: A man stole seven pairs of dress socks valued at nearly $60 from Joseph A. Bank clothiers in the 100 block of E. Pratt St. yesterday.
Burglary: Two televisions, stereo equipment and a leather jacket, all valued at $900, were stolen yesterday from a house in the 1700 block of Park Ave.
Assault: A man struck a woman with a chair yesterday at Bunns, a club in the 600 block of W. Lexington St. The woman suffered eye injuries and was treated at the scene by an ambulance crew. The man was being sought.
Theft: While a security officer at Mercy Medical Center in the 300 block of St. Paul St. was talking on a telephone yesterday, someone entered her office and stole her purse containing cash and property, all of unknown value.
Shooting: A gunman shot a man in the arm yesterday in the 1700 block of Mount St. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Robbery: Two men were in a 1989 Chevrolet in the 3400 block of Hickory Ave. on Tuesday when one of them pulled a handgun, robbed the other of $50 and drove away. The car with Pennsylvania tags BFG 1083 was being sought.
Cab holdup: A Diamond Cab driver was stopped in the 5400 block of Bowleys Lane on Tuesday when two men he had picked up robbed him at gunpoint of cash and property, all valued at more than $200.
Robbery: A resident of the 4300 block of Nicholas Ave. went outside his home Tuesday to investigate a noise and was stabbed in the stomach by two men, who robbed him of more than $100. The victim was treated at Union Memorial Hospital.
Stolen car: A 1986 Nissan with tags DNE 870 was stolen Tuesday in the 4500 block of Edmondson Ave.
Robbery: A gunman robbed a woman of cash, jewelry and a coat, all valued at more than $1,500, in the 4900 block of Challedon Ave. on Tuesday.
Robbery: A driver for Pizza Time in the first block of Melrose Ave. in Catonsville was delivering a food order in the 5400 block of Jamestown Court Tuesday when three men, one with a baseball bat, robbed him of more than $30 and the food.

Theft: A gas-powered generator valued at nearly $2,000 was stolen Tuesday from outside First Mariner Bank in the 1700 block of Merritt Blvd.
Stolen car: A four-door blue 1986 Plymouth with tags CGM 021 was stolen Tuesday in the 3400 block of Cornwall Road. A female suspect was being sought.
Theft: A police scanner valued at nearly $300 was stolen Tuesday from a bike parked outside a store in the first block of Shipping Place.
White Marsh Precinct
Burglary: Cigarettes valued at nearly $300 were stolen from the High's dairy store in the 8700 block of Philadelphia Road on Tuesday night or yesterday morning. Entry was gained by breaking the glass front door with a rock. The door was valued at $300.
