Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Southern District

Robbery: A 24-year-old woman was in the 2600 block of Huron St. on Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed her of cash and property, all valued at more than $100.

Robbery: A 27-year-old man was struck with bricks and a bat and robbed of more than $100 Tuesday night in the 1600 block of Elmtree St. He was released after treatment at Harbor Hospital Center.

Western District

Shooting: A 33-year-old woman was arguing with a man in the 2700 block of Edmondson Ave. on Tuesday when he shot her in the foot with a handgun. She was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Eastern District

Shooting: A 16-year-old boy was in the 1600 block of E. Oliver St. yesterday morning when he was shot in the right elbow by one of two men who approached him. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Police knew of no motive for the shooting.

Shooting: A gunman was attempting to rob a teen-ager in the 2300 block of E. Lafayette Ave. when the weapon discharged Tuesday, striking the victim in the right knee. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed Harry's Bakery in the 2400 block of Fleet St. of an undisclosed sum of money Tuesday.

Northern District

Theft: At least 20 gold chains valued at $800 were stolen Tuesday from a display case at the Chesapeake pawn shop in the 1000 block of W. 36th St.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 3300 block of N. Charles St. through the front door Tuesday and stole several electronic TV games, a videocassette recorder. an electric shaver, compact disc player, seven compact discs, quarters and two laundry bags to carry away the property, all valued at nearly $1,000.

Burglary: Two videocassette recorders, a compact disc player and a television, all valued at $700, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2700 block of N. Calvert St. by someone who entered through the front door.

Northwestern District

Burglary: A television, stereo equipment and clothing, all valued at nearly $1,700, were stolen between Jan. 6 and Tuesday from a house in the 4000 block of Eldorado Ave. by someone who entered through a first-floor window.

Theft/arrest: Police arrested a 29-year-old woman who attempted to leave Caldor's in the 6700 block of Reisterstown Road on Tuesday without paying for clothing valued at nearly $70.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with tags ACK17R was stolen Tuesday in the 3900 block of Cranston Road.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered Edgewater liquors in the 100 block of Orville Road on Tuesday after breaking a window and stole 36 cartons of cigarettes valued at $600.

North Point Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a sawed- off shotgun, robbed McDonald's in the 700 block of North Point Blvd. of an undisclosed sum of money Tuesday night. During the robbery, the gunman threatened to shoot an employee.

rTC Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A cellular phone and clothing, all valued at more than $200, were stolen Tuesday from a car parked in the garage of a house in the first block of Castlehill Court in Timonium.
