Trafalgar House Residential Maryland has begun pre-construction sales at Hollington at Owings Mills New Town, where the firm is building 135 condominiums, some with built-in, direct access one-car garages.

Gas heat, stove and hot water are standard in the Baltimore County community.

At 1,300 square feet, the Copeland is the largest and most expensive ($105,990) of the three-floor plans.

First- and second-floor Copelands have garages, however, those the third floor do not.

To the right of the entry foyer, there is an L-shaped kitchen with a pantry and laundry area, a full bath and a 9-by-13-foot bedroom.

On the right is a 15-by-10-foot dining room, 14-by-11-foot living room, patio, 10-by-9-foot den and master suite with his and hers closets, a second bedroom at 14 by 12 feet and full-shower bath.

The Bogart is the least expensive condo offered with 1,200 square feet and a base price of $84,990.

It has a foyer with coat closet, 17-by-12-foot living room, 11-by-8-foot dining room, kitchen with pantry and laundry area, 12-by-11-foot bedroom, full hall bath and master suite with dual closets, 14-by-12-foot bedroom and a full bath.

The visitors center at Owings Mills New Town is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Take Interstate 695 to I-795 to West Owings Mills Boulevard (Exit 4), to a right on Lakeside Boulevard.

The Zachary is a 2,176-square-foot home with a beginning price of $256,990. At the front of the house, there is a 12-by-12-foot living room, entry foyer, powder and laundry rooms, and a two-car garage.

Across the rear is a 12-by-11-foot dining room, 9-by-13-foot kitchen with pantry, 7-by-12-foot dinette and 17-by-13-foot family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet, 18-by-13-foot bedroom and bath with a linen closet and dual vanities. Three additional bedrooms, a linen closet and a full hall bath complete the second floor.

The Marquette starts at $277,990 for 2,342 square feet. A 10-by-13-foot living room and an 11-by-11-foot dining room flank the two-story entry.
