Be fruitful and bake lightly

Advice for pies
Some pie-baking tips from the folks at Valu Food: Glass pie pans bake faster than tin, so watch bake times. Glass is better for double-crust pies because they cook more evenly. If you're baking more than one pie, keep them all on the same shelf in the oven so the air can circulate evenly.
