Someone broke into a Glen Burnie home Tuesday and stole a television valued at $160, county police said.
Paul Wayne Wyatt, 56, of the 600 block of Old Stage Road told police he was in his home about 3: 30 a.m. when he heard a loud noise in the sun room.
Wyatt told police he thought the noise was his son closing the sliding glass door, but when he looked in the room, he saw a man running out of the door into the backyard, police said.
The burglar dropped a set of speakers on the sofa but took a 13-inch television from its stand, police said.
A police K-9 unit tracked the burglar to Old Stage Road but did not find a suspect. Police do not have a detailed description of the man.
