Greg Montgomery is averaging 42.4 yards per punt, and four of his 10 punts have pinned opponents inside the 20. TE Brian Kinchen (six catches, 87 yards) and WR Michael Jackson (six, 106) are off to good starts. . . . .Houston RB Eddie George, reigning Heisman Trophy winner and Oilers' top draft pick, rushed for 143 yards last week. QB Chris Chandler threw for three touchdowns and 226 yards in victory over Jacksonville. S Marcus Robertson intercepted two passes and had nine tackles.

Who's not: Ravens WR Calvin Williams has caught one pass for yards. Rookie Jermaine Lewis is averaging 3.3 yards per punt return. . . . Houston's secondary allowed 302 passing yards and two touchdown passes against Jacksonville.
