Sept. 20 is deadline for entering sales, marketing contest
Sept. 20 is the deadline for submitting entries in the fourth annual National Sales and Marketing Awards sponsored by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders.
The awards honor the best advertising, graphics, brochures, signs, interior merchandising, landscape and sales office design. Individual honors will go to the year's top rookie salesperson, top salesperson, top sales manager and top marketing director.
Any residential real estate development for sale or rent at any time between Oct. 6, 1995, and Sept. 20, 1996, is eligible for the competition.
Winners will be honored at a black-tie ceremony Jan. 24 at the National Association of Home Builders' convention.

Century 21 Anthony-Gavern Realtors said Frank P. Gavern III received the Century 21 Sales Achievement Gold Award for selling $807,000 worth of houses during the second quarter of the 1996. A Sales Achievement Silver Award went to Debra M. Greenwald, who had $573,000 in home sales.
