Three arrested in robbery of teen-ager

Police arrested a New Jersey youth and an Odenton man and woman Monday on charges they robbed a 15-year-old Odenton boy of cash, county police said.

Clifton Ricardo Fields, 20, and Ummiel Niyear Muldrow, 19, both of the 1100 block of Odenton Road, and the 17-year-old New Jersey boy were charged with robbery.

Police went to Odenton Liquors in the 1100 block of Annapolis Road about 10 a.m. after they got a call about three people in front of the store being disorderly.

While police were on their way, they got another call from the same area that a boy had been robbed. The youth said two men and a woman approached him in front of the liquor store and demanded money.

The younger of the men then reached into the boy's pants pocket, took an undisclosed amount of money, and all three ran behind the Odenton Shopping Center, police said.

When the victim called, he gave police a description. An officer JTC found the three about 40 minutes later in the 400 block of Williamsburg Lane in Odenton. The boy later identified them as his assailants, police said.
