Levin Group names Brond senior vice president
The Levin Group announced that David Brond has been chosen senior vice president. He was a vice president at GBMC HealthCare before coming to the Pikesville-based management and marketing firm. A member of the American Marketing Association, he holds graduate degrees from Duke University in
business and health administration. Alcatel Engineering & Service Center appointed Hartmut Stark vice president and Kurt Rullkoetter director of research and development for the Bethesda-based subsidiary of the German tele- communications company Alcatel SEL, part of the Alcatel Alsthom group.
Mr. Stark, an author on telecommunications topics and a former professor in integrated circuitry at the Polytechnic College in Esslingen, was development manager for the Alcatel subsidiary based in Stuttgart.
Mr. Rullkoetter, also from Stuttgart, has been the company's on-site coordinator of customer systems. The Rockville resident has a master's degree in mathematics from the University of Bielefeld.
Automatic Data Processing, the Towson-based computerized payroll, human resources management and tax services company, selected Peter Moore as vice president and general manager for its Towson-based Chesapeake region. The Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate previously was general manager for the ADP Hartford, Conn., region.
Rosse & Associates named Lin Snyder production manager. A graduate of the Community College of Baltimore, she will oversee print and collateral production activities of the Sparks-based ad and communications agency.
Health
Sheppard Pratt System selects fund-raiser
Sheppard Pratt Health System has chosen Sue L. Dagurt as director of development to direct the Towson institution's fund-raising initiatives.
She will also have responsibility for management of the capital campaign for the Jefferson School, a special education and residential treatment center under construction in Frederick County.
She formerly was deputy director of development for the Maryland affiliate of the American Heart Association.
Commercial real estate
Constellation Real Estate names senior vice president
Constellation Real Estate, the design/build and asset management realty company with head- quarters in Columbia, appointed Stanley A. Link senior vice president. He will have responsibility for construction management, planning and execution, interior design and related building activities. The Baltimore resident and former BGE engineer is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
Prime Retail, the Baltimore-based developer of manufactur- ers' outlets and shopping facilities, has chosen Michele Walker as a leasing executive. The Timonium resident formerly was a leasing administrative assistant and is a master's degree candidate at Johns Hopkins University.
