Outlook: The Bullets limped into the All-Star break with three straight losses, and now must play the league's best team. Chicago last week dropped back-to-back games for the first time this season, but still enters the game with a 42-5 record and on pace to become the first NBA team to win 70 games in a season. The Bulls, undefeated at home, are led by G Michael Jordan, who is fresh from his MVP performance in Sunday's All-Star Game. This is the second of four meetings between the teams this season, the Bulls having won the first game, 116-109, Jan. 15 at USAir Arena.
