Data Chromatics appoints Kohler software engineer
Data Chromatics Inc. announced that Suzanne R. Kohler was appointed senior software engineer.
The Auburn University graduate is a specialist in graphic user interfaces and will have responsibility for major programming efforts at the Columbia-based geographic information systems company. Durrett-Sheppard Steel Co. announced that John Mimm has been named outside sales manager. Mr. Mimm has worked for the firm since 1974.
His most recent assignment was as a sales representative in the Washington, Virginia and Southern Maryland area.
He and his wife, Helga, live in Columbia and have two children.

CTA Space Systems, a division of CTA Inc., headquartered in Rockville, selected Christopher Roberts director of business development.
An attorney with experience in engineering, strategic planning and financial management, he formerly held the position of manager of corporate operations at the space systems division.
Loyola names Dillon to communications post
Loyola College in Maryland appointed Kevin R. Dillon assistant director of campus communications with responsibility for internal information programs.
A Baltimore resident and Loyola graduate, he was formerly an art director with The Printing Post in Timonium.

The Admiral Fell Inn named Tyrone Lewis as chef of its Point bistro.
The chef previously worked at Piccolo's, Sisson's and Gampy's. He lives in Fells Point.
