Bozzuto Custom Homes has opened a model of the Belmont, one of several floor plans offered at Cedar Tree Colony, a new community in Charles County where the firm has already sold $3.8 million worth of Colonial and traditional houses. Prices for the three- and four-bedroom homes range from $150,000 to $190,000.
