Wife attacked husband faces assault charge

A Glen Burnie man was arrested Sunday evening after his wife was attacked on the street and inside their home, police said.

An argument that started in the house in the 8000 block of Montague Court spilled onto the street, police said. About 7 p.m., Karma Sandle, 23, was kicked and punched until she fell to the ground, holding her infant son in her arms, police said.

The attack continued until Mrs. Sandle ran into the house and locked the door. The man broke the living room window, climbed through and started choking her, police said.

Jesse Lee Sandle Jr., 21, her husband, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
