Susquehanna rallies to defeat Western Md., 21-14


SELINSGROVE, Pa. -- Fullback Rob Rhodes capped a 13-play, 78-yard drive with a 1-yard touchdown dive with 4:34 to play, giving Susquehanna a come-from-behind, 21-14 win over Western Maryland yesterday in the season opener for both teams.

Western Maryland quarterback Brian Van Deusen (Atholton) threw for 234 yards and became the school's career leader in TD passes with 37.
