Bank of Annapolis adds vice president
Bank of Annapolis recently announced the expansion of its home loan department and added two new employees.
David R. Chisholm of Edgewater has joined the bank as vice president and senior loan officer.
Mr. Chisholm, a 20-year banking veteran, will be responsible for administration of the bank's loan origination functions and for business development and loan sales.
Jo A. Scarselletta of Severna Park will bring 12 years of banking experience to her position as a loan origination assistant.
Ms. Scarselletta will be responsible for processing home loans and maintaining loan investor relationships.
Vice president named at Annapolis bank
Mark Avallone of Annapolis has been appointed vice president and sales manager for Annapolis Bank & Trust (AB&T;).
Mr. Avallone will lead the bank's move toward consumer and small business banking in Anne Arundel County.
Mr. Avallone previously was employed at AB&T;'s affiliate, Mercantile Bank and Trust in Baltimore.
Ebersberger chosen to head Trade Council
Art Ebersberger, principal of The Ebersberger Cos., was elected president of the Anne Arundel Trade Council this month.
The trade council also elected a new slate of officers.
Edward L. Ladd, general manager of Marley Station, was elected vice president; Scarlett Breeding, partner of John Alt -- Scarlett Breeding Architects was elected secretary; and Richard J. Morgan, president of Annapolis National Bank, was elected treasurer.
New directors are:
Fred Azar, president of Empire Corp.; Bruce DeBole, regional executive of NationsBank; John "Jock" A. Hopkins, president of Admiral Inc.; Sandy Landstrom, general manager of BWI Marriott Hotel; Tom Magenau, owner of Tri State Marine; Robert R. Neall, president of Neall and Associates; and Robert L. Noble, director of state relations for Westinghouse Electric Corp.
