Keys rally in 9th for 4-3 win

PRINCE WILLIAM, Va. -- The Frederick Keys scored three runs in the top of the ninth inning to rally past the Prince William Cannons, 4-3, in a Single-A Carolina League game yesterday.

David Lamb opened the ninth for the Keys (5-11) with a single to right, then advanced to second on a wild pitch. Rolando Avila walked, which was followed by a single to left by Tommy Davis, scoring Lamb. Jim Foster singled home Avila, then advanced to second on an error, which allowed Davis to score.

Prince William (7-12) added a run in the bottom of the ninth to make it 4-3 before Carlos Chavez struck out the last two batters to earn the victory.
