* Westminster: An employee of Carroll Community College on South Center Street reported to city police that someone broke a window in one of the buildings Monday. He estimated the damage at $100.

A resident of East Main Street told police that someone stole a cellular telephone from his auto while it was parked near his home Monday. The phone was valued at $65.

Another East Main Street resident reported that someone shattered a second-floor rear window of her home Monday. The damage was estimated at $50.

A resident of Johahn Drive told police that someone broke the rear window of his pickup truck while it was parked near his home Monday. He estimated the damage at $50.

FIRE

* Westminster: Westminster responded to a fire on Skyline Way at 8:29 p.m. Tuesday. Units were out 20 minutes.
