Police arrest two on drug charges after raid

Anne Arundel narcotics detectives raided a Harwood trailer park Wednesday night and arrested a man and a woman on drug charges, county police said yesterday.

Police found 10 bags of suspected marijuana weighing about a half-pound and a scale during the raid on a mobile home in the 4700 block of Flanders Lane -- in the Maryland Manor Trailer Park -- about 9:45 p.m.

Detectives got a warrant to search the trailer after nearby residents complained of drug activity and undercover officers bought PCP from a man who lives there, police said.

Harry C. Taylor Jr., 26, who lives in the trailer was charged with distribution of PCP and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Michelle Estep, 26, who lives in the Lyons Creek Mobile Estates in Lothian, was charged with possession of marijuana.
