* RAPE: Edgewood -- Anthony Eugene Robinson, 30, of the 400 block of Meadowood Drive was arrested Tuesday on charges of allegedly twice raping an Edgewood woman he had driven to Forest Hill on June 10.
The woman told deputies she knew the man and flagged him down on Edgewater Drive to ask him for a ride about 11:30 p.m. She said that when they arrived in Forest Hill, the man produced a knife and sexually assaulted her.
She said he then drove to another nearby location and sexually assaulted her again.
The woman said she was left on West Jarrettsville Road, went to a friend's house and called deputies. She was treated for minor injuries at Fallston General Hospital and released.
Detective Jan Ryan and Deputy 1st Class Gary Cowan found the suspect at a house in the 1200 block of West Jarrettsville Road about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Mr. Robinson is being held at the Harford County Detention Center in lieu of $350,000 bond, a jail spokesman said Friday.
* THEFT: Havre de Grace -- A resident of the 100 block of Alliance St. told police that his 25-horsepower outboard boat motor was stolen between Monday and Wednesday. The motor was being repaired at Penn's Beach Marina Inc. on Lewis Street in Havre de Grace. The loss was estimated at $300, police said.
* THEFT: Havre de Grace -- A resident of the 800 block of Ontario St. told police that her 1995 Dodge Neon was broken into Sunday night and a portable compact disc player, two pairs of in-line skates, two tennis rackets, two basketballs and three compact discs were stolen from the trunk.
Estimated damage to the car was $100, and the value of the
stolen items was $489, police said.
