THEFT: Southern District -- Moments after a resident of the first block of E. Ostend St. parked his mountain bike Monday night and entered his home, a man got out of a small black car, put the bike in the vehicle and drove off. The bike, blue with yellow lettering, was valued at $5,000.
ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A 37-year-old woman got off a bus yesterday and was walking to her home in the 4800 block of Hamilton Ave. when a gunman robbed her of jewelry, valued at more than $2,000.
BURGLARY: Eastern District -- A television and stereo equipment, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Monday from a house in the 2400 block of Greenmount Ave.
ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A resident of the 700 block of Mello Court was in the 500 block of E. Eager St. Monday when two men, one with a 9 mm semiautomatic handgun, robbed him of $20.
THEFT: Northern District -- An automated teller machine card was stolen from a closet at Union Memorial Hospital, in the 200 block of E. University Parkway, between Thursday and Monday. The card was used to withdraw more than $700 from the owner's bank account.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- Two bikes with a combined value of more than $500 were stolen Monday from a garage in the 2400 block of Briarwood Road.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- A word processor and stereo equipment, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen during the weekend from an apartment in the first block of E. 33rd St.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- Two mountain bikes, both valued at more than $500, were stolen during the weekend from a garage in the 400 block of Overhill Road.
STOLEN CAR: Parkville Precinct -- A white 1993 Jeep Eagle with tags BBY 323 and valued at $10,000 was stolen Monday in the 8800 block of Waltham Woods Road.
STOLEN CAR: Towson Precinct -- A black 1990 Toyota SR5 with tags 172500 and valued at $10,000 was stolen Monday from the Park & Ride lot on Cromwell Bridge Road near Loch Raven Boulevard.
BURGLARY: Garrison Precinct -- Radio equipment valued at more than $100 was stolen Monday from Burns Security in the 7900 block of Crisford Road.
