A Glen Burnie woman was raped in her home Sunday morning by a man who was staying with her, county police said.
The 26-year-old woman reported the incident shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday. She told police the man said he wanted to have sex. When she refused, the man attacked her, eventually ripping off her clothes and raping her, police said.
Man stabbed by robber
A Pasadena man was stabbed in the arm Sunday morning while trying to fend off a robber who was upset because the victim didn't have any money, county police said.
David Scott Samuel, 18, was stabbed in the left forearm and treated at the scene by paramedics. He told police he was walking across the parking lot at Marley Station mall about 12:15 a.m. when a man carrying a fixed-blade knife came out of the woods, police said. The man approached the victim and demanded money, police said.
When Mr. Samuel told the man he didn't have any money, the man started stabbing him. The bandit then ran toward the mall and escaped, police said. Mr. Samuel called police from a nearby gas station.
