A state trooper arrested a Baltimore County man on drug charges yesterday morning after stopping his car because it had burned-out license plate and brake lights, state police said.
Trooper John Casey was on routine patrol about 12:30 a.m. when he stopped a 1988 Ford Mustang on Ritchie Highway, just south of Belle Grove Avenue, police said. Trooper Casey arrested the driver after learning that his license had been suspended. The trooper searched the car and found six bags of suspected crack cocaine on the floor of the driver's side, police said.
Donald Lee Bullock, 24, of the 300 block of Farewind Drive was charged with possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
