HISTORIC INNS OF ANNAPOLIS, 16 Church Circle, Annapolis, (410) 263-2641. Contact: Marie Baehr. Reserve as soon as possible. Historic Inns of Annapolis has two inns available for receptions: the Governor Calvert House and the Maryland Inn. The Governor Calvert House, at 58 State Circle, accommodates 160 seated, up to 300 standing. The Maryland Inn, at 16 Church Circle, accommodates 60 seated, 125 standing. Both are available daily. The Governor Calvert House has an 11 p.m. curfew, the Maryland Inn, 1 a.m. Both have in-house catering only. Custom menus are available, and there is the option of choosing menus from the Treaty of Paris Restaurant. Both choices cost from $39 to $49 per person.

KROMAH GALLERY CATERERS, Baltimore Grand, 401 W. Fayette St., (410) 385-4100. NATIONAL AQUARIUM IN BALTIMORE, Pier 3, Pratt Street, (410) 576-3834. Contact: Anne Berman. Reserve as early as possible. The Main Aquarium Building on Pier 3 accommodates 100 seated, 800 to 1,000 standing. Cost: $1,800 for the first 100 people, $8 for each additional person. The Marine Mammal Pavilion on Pier 4 accommodates 300 seated, 600 standing. Cost: $2,000 for the first 200 people, $6 for each additional person. The Knott Harbor View Room, in the main building, accommodates 100 seated, 135 standing. Cost: $1,000 for three hours, $200 for each additional hour. Available 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays, 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. Fridays to Sundays. Cost varies for a seven-hour rental, four-hour reception. In-house catering available or you may choose from list of approved caterers.

ORIOLE PARK AT CAMDEN YARDS, B&O; Warehouse, (410) 332-4633. Great views of the ballpark and the Inner Harbor. Contact: Denise DeMasters. The Camden Club, on the seventh floor of the warehouse, accommodates 220 seated, 350 standing. Cost: $5 per person for nonmembers, $2.50 for members. The Camden Club banquet room on the sixth floor accommodates 100 to 400 seated, 600 standing. Cost is based on catering. In-house catering only. Contract and security deposit required. During baseball season, available on nongame days only; daily all other times.

TRUFFLES AT THE BELVEDERE, 1 E. Chase St., (410) 332-1000. The Belvedere, a former landmark hotel, was built in 1903. Reserve as early as possible. Available year-round. Accommodates 60 seated with dancing in the Palm Room; 220 seated with dancing, 500 standing in the Charles Room; 310 seated with dancing in the Grand Ballroom; 150 seated with dancing in the Platinum Room.
