Narcotics detectives armed with a search warrant raided a Pasadena home and arrested four people on drug charges Thursday night, county police said.
The officers went to the house in the 100 block of Winston Road about 9:25 p.m. and found small amounts of marijuana and cocaine and drug paraphernalia, police said. A man and woman in the house at the time were arrested, as were two other men who arrived after the raid, police said.
All were charged with possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They are Lorraine Edythe Lovill, 37, Miness Lawson Lovill Jr., 39, Christopher Lovill, 18, who live in the house, and Charles Allen Panuty, 20, of the 200 block of Glenwood Road in Pasadena.
Beasley appointed air commander
Pasadena resident Col. David A. Beasley, commander of the 135th Airlift Group for the Maryland Air National Guard, has been appointed air commander for the Warfield Air National Guard Base at Martin State Airport in Middle River.
Colonel Beasley joined the Maryland Air National Guard in 1970, and has held leadership positions in the Tactical Airlift Squadron and Operations. He was appointed commander of the 135th Airlift group in March 1993.
