Meeting will try to assess 3 Route 140 alternatives

Greater Westminster Development Corp. and Carroll County Chamber of Commerce are co-sponsoring a public information meeting on the impact of changes to Route 140 on Westminster businesses.

State Highway Administration officials will be available to explain alternates 3-A, 3-B and 3-C, which could displace up to 16 businesses.

The meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday, at Wilhelm Caterers.
