* Hampstead: Hampstead firefighters were dispatched to investigate a report of an open 911 line in the 1600 block of Cape Horn Road at 4:11 p.m. yesterday. They discovered that a child had been playing with the telephone and that there was no emergency. They were out for 18 minutes.
