Spalding's O'Hara pitches no-hitter


Right-hander Kathleen O'Hara pitched a seven-inning no-hitter, striking out 11 as No. 2 Archbishop Spalding downed host McDonogh, 7-0, in softball yesterday.

Nicki Trumple had two hits and three RBIs and Crystal Henderson had two hits and scored two runs.

O'Hara (2-0) pitched a no-hitter last year against Mount de Sales.
