Outlook: Johns Hopkins, ranked No. 1 for the first time since 1989, looks to continue its revenge streak. The Blue Jays already have avenged losses a year ago to Princeton and Virginia. They've dominated opponents with their offense. North Carolina has won six straight over Hopkins, and leads the series, 12-10.

No. 2 MARYLAND (6-0) at No. 3 VIRGINIA (6-1)

Site: Knockler Stadium, Charlottesville, Va.

Time: 1 p.m.

Outlook: Maryland could clinch its first regular-season Atlantic Coast Conference title in six seasons with a victory. This is a clash between the conference's best offense and defense. The Terps have held opponents to an average of seven goals each game and four teams under double digits. The Cavaliers have averaged 18.3 goals.

No. 10 PENN STATE (6-1) at UMBC (4-3)

Site: UMBC Stadium

Time: 2 p.m.

Outlook: UMBC has won three straight, pushing its record over .500 for the first time this season. The Retrievers are 0-3 against ranked opponents. Matt Shearer (12 goals, 6 assists) and Brian Belford (13, 5) lead UMBC's offense. Penn State has won four in a row and is trying to be the first Nittany Lions team to make the NCAA tournament.

No. 18 TOWSON STATE (1-3) at No. 7 LOYOLA (5-1)

Site: Curley Field

Time: 2 p.m.

Radio: WITH (1230 AM)

Outlook: Loyola is looking to rebound from a three-goal loss to Brown on Saturday. The Greyhounds haven't lost back-to-back games at home since 1985, going 53-8 at Curley Field over the past 10 seasons. Towson State has struggled all season, losing three straight. The Tigers haven't lost four straight in one season since 1982. Towson State holds a 20-15 series lead, but has lost six of the past seven meetings.

No. 12 WILLIAM AND MARY (5-1) at No. 2 LOYOLA WOMEN (6-0)

Site: Curley Field

Time: 11 a.m.

Outlook: Loyola has won half of its games in overtime. Betsy Given leads the Greyhounds with 14 goals and six assists. William and Mary is coming off a 7-4 upset of No. 6 Virginia on Wednesday. Tribe G Sarah Witkowski has a .739 save percentage.
