Outlook: Both teams are looking to end losing streaks. The Cavaliers, third in the Central Division, have lost two straight. G Mark Price (15.9 ppg, 6.8 apg) and F Tyrone Hill (13.6 ppg, 11.0 rpg) lead the Cavs, who have maintained a winning record (38-31) despite numerous injuries. Washington has lost five straight, with its last victory coming against the Cavaliers at USAir Arena on March 19. The Bullets are looking forward to having F Juwan Howard (sprained right foot, missed the last five games) back in the lineup. This will be the first of three straight road games for the Bullets.
