Commissioners plan public hearings tomorrow
The Carroll County commissioners will hold two public hearings tomorrow in Room 300A of the County Office Building, 225 N. Center St., Westminster.
A hearing at 2:30 p.m. will be about amendments to the Forest Conservation Ordinance.
The second hearing, at 3 p.m., will be to hear comments on Rezoning Case 192 on a petition filed under Article 19 of the Carroll County Zoning Ordinance. The petition seeks to change the present classification of a 0.98-acre parcel from agricultural zoning district to restricted industrial zoning district and another 0.98-acre parcel from restricted industrial zoning district to agricultural zoning district.
The area involved in the request is along the southwest side of Union Bridge south of Middleburg Road.
