* Lineboro: Lineboro firefighters responded to a woods fire on Route 851 at Middletown Road at 2:12 p.m. Friday. They were out 40 minutes.
Manchester, Westminster, Hampstead, Lineboro and Reese firefighters from Carroll County and firefighters from Pleasant Hill, Pa., were dispatched to a woods fire in the 1300 block of Bachman Valley Road at 1:57 p.m. Friday. The fire covered about 10 acres of woods.
Firefighters from Manchester, Lineboro and Pleasant Hill were dispatched to a chimney fire in the 1900 block of East Deep Run Road at 9:29 a.m. Friday. They were out one hour.
