* Lisbon: 19500 block of Frederick Road: Residents awakened by someone attempting to pry open their home's front door scared away the suspect early Saturday. Police said a gray, late-model Ford Thunderbird was seen driving by the house before the incident.
15800 block of Old Frederick Road: A woman returning from church saw two men in a truck outside her home Sunday morning. The men, who had entered the home through an unlocked side door and took a stereo, drove off in a black Chevrolet pick-up truck when the woman screamed, police said.
* West Friendship: First block of Livestock Road: Burglars cut phones lines at Wilson Lumber, twisted a knob off an office door, pried open cash registers and took cash and other property between Saturday and Monday, police said.
