Oaks at Five Farms
1.Trafalgar House Residential has begun construction on a new luxury development off Jennifer Road in Timonium. The homes will be built on one-third to one-half acre lots.
Prices will start at $264,900.
Among standard features are brick fronts, two-story foyers, 9-foot ceilings, a fireplace, hardwood floors, country kitchens, smoke detectors and door chimes.
In the Jamestown II model, offered at $304,900, the entrance foyer is flanked by a 17-by-12-foot living room and a 14-by-13-foot dining room. The front hall leads to a 13-by-11-foot library, 14-by-11-foot kitchen with a breakfast area and a powder room. A 19-by-15-foot family room is off the breakfast area. An attached two-car garage has an entry between the laundry and kitchen.
On the second floor, a central hall at the top of the stair leads to the 19-by-12-foot master bedroom with two walk-in closets and full bath, with tub, separate shower and dual vanity. Three other bedrooms and a hall bathroom complete the second floor.

Tidewater Colony
2. Scott Family Homes is planning to build 222 condominiums while Sturbridge Homes will build 110 townhouses at Tidewater Colony of Annapolis, to be completed in about three years.
The community -- on 40 acres near Weems Creek -- features a pool, tennis courts and children's playgrounds.
The townhouse and condominium models, now under construction, will be ready in June. The sales office is open daily from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
To get to the sales office, take the Beltway to I-97, south to U.S. 50, go east to Exit 21, turn left, go about quarter-mile to Bestgate Road, turn left onto Bestgate, first left onto Lawrence Avenue.
Condominiums
There are six condominium floor plans, with three offering garages and private elevators.
The Charles Carroll model, for example, has a garage and an elevator. The first level features an 11-by-13-foot kitchen, 10-by-13-foot living room and 10-by-10-foot dining room with glass sliding doors to a balcony.
On the second floor there are two master bedrooms, each with a bathroom. One bedroom is 19 by 14 feet, the other is 10 by 12 feet.

The Brice features a foyer which leads into a 20-by-12-foot combined living-dining room. In the back is a 8-by-13-foot kitchen with an adjacent 11-by-14-foot breakfast area.
Upstairs is a 13-by-15-foot master bedroom, with walk-in closet, and two other bedrooms. The basement is unfinished.
