Jackson sets Howard record

Senior forward Mona Jackson became Howard High's all-time leading scorer after scoring 21 points in yesterday's 57-42 girls basketball win over host Atholton.

Jackson entered the game needing just 12 points for the school record. She has now scored 1,308 points over a four-year varsity career.

The win improved Howard to 13-8 overall, 8-5 in the Howard County League. Atholton dropped to 6-11, 1-12.
