* Westminster: Two trucks parked at Western Maryland College lost three tires and wheels to thieves Monday, according to city police. The total loss was estimated at about $700.

* Westminster: Engines from Westminster and Reese responded to investigate the report of a fire alarm in a building in the 400 block of Malcolm Drive at 6:22 a.m. Tuesday. Units were out 17 minutes.
