POLICE LOG
* Laurel: Cash, jewelry and other items worth more than $1,200 were stolen from a locked 1993 Mitsubishi Galant parked at a Wal Mart store in the 3500 block of Russett Green Road. The burglary occurred Sunday between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
* Severn: Two 100-pound tractor-trailer tires were stolen from outside a home in the first block of Gambrills Road between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday.
* Hanover: Tools and four fire extinguishers worth $800 were stolen from a 1992 Chevrolet cargo van parked in the 7500 block of Connely Drive. The theft occurred Monday between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
