UNIONDALE, N.Y. -- Daniel Leon's goal 11:18 into the third period broke a 2-2 tie and led the Long Island Rough Riders to a 4-2 victory over the Baltimore Bays yesterday.
Danny Mueller added an empty-net goal at 13:28 of the fourth period to seal the U.S. Interregional Soccer League victory for the Rough Riders, who beat the Bays, 12-8, in Baltimore on Friday night.
The Bays (11-5) twice came from behind to tie the game, the last time on Mike Givvi's goal 5:17 into the third period.
The Bays, who were outshot 45-29, will finish the regular season Friday night at home against Oklahoma City.
