1. Lexington Homes is holding a grand opening from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at the Courtyard at Harford Town in Abingdon, Harford County, where the firm is building 48 three-level, brick-front townhouses.
Both the Richmond and the Fairfax have 1,360 square feet of finished living space, an unfinished basement and a starting price of $105,000.
Standard bedroom options are identical in both houses. Buyers can choose to have three bedrooms or two master bedrooms, one of which has direct entry to the bathroom. Either way, buyers can get an 11-by-17-foot master bedroom with an 11-foot closet. The second master bedroom is 13-by-17-foot with a similar closet.
The Richmond is the more traditional home with a 19-by-11-foot kitchen across the rear of the entry level. There also is a foyer with powder room and coat closet, 14-by-12-foot living room and 14-by-12-foot dining room.
Lexington's model is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday through Wednesday. Take Interstate 95 north to Exit 77A (Route 24), to a left on Route 7, a left on Splashing Brook Drive and left on Bush Court to the models on the right.
