THEFT: Northeastern District -- Property valued at more than $3,000 was stolen from a 1989 Volvo parked in the 2000 block of Bob Hendrickson Court Tuesday.
THEFT: Northern District -- Someone entered a Chrysler parked in the 4900 block of N. Charles St. Tuesday and stole a car phone, gym bag and keys, all valued at more than $500.
THEFT FROM AUTO: Northern District -- A coat, wallet, credit cards and other property, all valued at $200, were stolen from a 1989 Toyota that was parked Wednesday in the 1500 block of Sulgrave Ave.
ROBBERY TRY/ARREST: Northern District -- A woman was leaving a grocery store in the 100 block of E. 21st St. Wednesday when a teen-age boy grabbed onto her jacket and attempted to rob her. The woman struggled, causing the youth to flee. Later, police stopped a suspect near the crime scene whom the woman identified as the person who attempted to rob her. The youth was charged with assault and attempted robbery.
STOLEN CAR: Eastern District -- A 1986 Cadillac with tags XHG 359 was stolen Monday from the 1100 block of Greenmount Ave.
SHOOTING: Southeastern District -- A man was on the elevator of an apartment building in the 1000 block of Orleans St. Tuesday night when someone shot him. The victim was shot in the neck, left side, left hip and left buttock and was listed in critical condition.
STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- Police were seeking a white 1985 Dodge van with tags 184400 that was stolen Tuesday from the 3900 block of Milford Ave.
BURGLARY/ARRESTS: Northwestern District -- Police arrested two men who entered a house in the 2600 block of Garrison Blvd. Tuesday and stole a raw-hide covered pinball machine, a cabinet, space heater and other property, all valued at nearly $1,400.

ROBBERY: North Point Precinct -- A 74-year-old Dundalk man was robbed of $200 in the 2100 block of Merritt Blvd. Tuesday by a hitch-hiker he picked up moments earlier.
PURSE SNATCH: Garrison Precinct -- A 45-year-old Pikesville woman was in the 500 block of Reisterstown Road Tuesday evening when a woman stole her purse. The victim chased and caught the thief and recovered her purse. The thief escaped.
STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- A 1993 Buick Century with tags SPD 113 was stolen Tuesday from the 4000 block of Old Court Road.
THEFT FROM AUTO: Parkville Precinct -- Someone entered a pickup truck parked in the 7800 block of Harford Road Monday and stole a CB radio and tools, all valued at more than $300.
